Description: On a total of 12,775 m², a new building is being constructed in Schwerin, Zippendorf, consisting of 3 houses, with 96 two- to four-room apartments and three commercial units. The new building also offers an underground garage with 73 parking spaces. The building is planned and constructed according to the requirements of KfW55. DGNB certification with Gold status is also to be achieved and is thus a component of the planning and construction. E-mobility for vehicles and bicycles is also an important component of this building project. Especially under consideration of the new Building Electric Mobility Infrastructure Act (GEIG) valid since March 2021.
